Our platform operates under verified promotional licenses and affiliate programs from adult platforms including (but not limited to) Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, etc. The content displayed was pulled legally and in full compliance with their terms.
BongaCams — Protected Affiliate Partner
Modelfindr is an officially recognized affiliate partner of BongaCams. This partnership includes direct legal support against invalid DMCA claims.
- Models assign all rights to their content to BongaCams — they cannot DMCA official API/embed usage.
- Only BongaCams can revoke affiliate rights; models cannot remove affiliate access themselves.
- BongaCams’ legal team will handle counter-notifications to restore wrongfully removed content from Google search.

Affiliate License Language (Chaturbate Terms – Appendix B)
"Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and publicly display promotional materials made available by Chaturbate, including but not limited to banner advertisements, landing pages, embedded still images from active streams, and other promotional content (collectively, ‘Promotional Materials’) solely for the purpose of promoting the Chaturbate website and its broadcasters.” Affiliates may not store or display Promotional Materials after the end of a stream. All content must be accessed dynamically in real time through authorized API methods."

What is DMCA Safe Harbor?
Under Section 512 of the DMCA, websites that host or link to user-generated or third-party content are protected from liability as long as they follow notice-and-takedown procedures and don't knowingly host infringing content.
What We Do to Stay Compliant
- We respond to every valid DMCA request.
- We only use content pulled directly from APIs where affiliate use is explicitly allowed (like Chaturbate).
- No live content is stored — we display metadata only when models go offline.

- 512(c): Protects sites that store content on user request.
- 512(d): Covers linking to infringing material if you're not aware of infringement.

"Is this legal"
Yes. Read the fucking law. DMCA §512 exists for a reason. We use authorized APIs, don't host stolen shit, and respond to takedown requests like professionals — unlike the DMCA scammers trying to shake us down.
"Why are you doing this?"
Because someone has to call out bullshit.
“What happens if a model opts out?”
They stop showing up. Simple. Our source APIs respect that setting — so do we. Don't want to appear? Opt out through the platform, not our inbox.
“But my face is still on your site!”
Not if you're opted out. If you're still showing up, it's because you didn't toggle your settings. Don't like the reflection? Don't blame the mirror.
"I'm reporting you to Chaturbate."
Go for it. Chaturbate gave us the keys to promote your stream. If they have a problem with how we use their API, they know where to find us. Until then, we're driving traffic — not breaking rules.
“How do I get removed?”
Follow the actual DMCA process. Don't send fake threats, don't bluff with bad info. We log everything, and we counter false takedowns.
