Rewards should be simple: if you support creators through an eligible partner action, you earn. No mystery math. No bait-and-switch. This post explains how ModelFindr Rewards actually works—from eligibility rules to payout rails—so you can plan your spend and get your return without crossing your fingers.
Our philosophy: value > lock-in
Most "cashback" sites are built to trap you: opaque terms, moving goalposts, points that decay, payout thresholds that feel like a mirage. We went the other direction. Transparency is our moat. You'll always see:
- What actions are eligible (and what aren't).
- Where your action originated (click trail).
- When rewards accrue and when they're payable.
- What the payout options are and the realistic timelines.
What counts as eligible
Eligibility depends on partner attribution and qualifying actions. In plain terms:
- You arrive on a supported platform via a ModelFindr-tracked click and complete a qualifying action (purchase, subscription, token buy, private session, etc.).
- Partners remit a revenue share. We allocate your Rewards % according to the published schedule.
- If attribution breaks (adblockers that nuke required parameters, expired windows, switching devices mid-flow), rewards may not accrue.
We publish these rules, by partner, in our FAQ (linked in the footer). If a partner changes terms, we update the FAQ and time-stamp the change.
Tracking without creepiness
We use privacy-first event logging: no invasive fingerprinting, no third-party data brokers, no PII sold—ever. Your click-from-ModelFindr contains a minimal tag that lets a partner platform credit the referral. We record an anonymized event ("eligible click" → "eligible action"). If you never complete an eligible action, there's nothing to pay out and nothing to keep beyond aggregate stats.
What we don't track: your off-site browsing, your identity, your payments. Read the line again. We track events, not people.
Accrual, pending, payable
Rewards flow through three states:
- Pending: A partner reports your eligible action. You'll see an estimated amount in your dashboard. Also the validation window (fraud checks, refund/chargeback buffer). Expect this to vary by platform and action type.
- Confirmed: Cleared and ready. You can request payout at $25 (if outside the 90 day window) or let it auto-batch if you prefer.
-
In the future we will show timestamps for each transition so you can audit your own flow. If something stalls, our Ledger lets you open a ticket referencing the event IDs without exposing personal data.
Payout rails: Paxum & beyond
Today we support Paxum for global coverage because it's widely used in creator economies. You'll see country restrictions, fee expectations, and typical timelines in our Paxum article. We're actively exploring additional rails where they make sense (local bank wires in select regions, stablecoin for specific jurisdictions, etc.)—but we won't ship a rail we can't support with clarity and compliance.
How to earn faster (without spending more)
- Start on ModelFindr: Ensure your session is attributed. Opening in-app browsers often breaks attribution; prefer a standard browser.
- Bundle actions inside the attribution window (e.g., buy tokens + subscribe).
- Avoid "split path" flows: switching devices mid-purchase or clicking competing aggregator links.
- Use Favorites + Tags: find the right creator faster so more of your budget becomes intentional spend—not random browsing.
What's different from typical cashback sites
- No mystery points: We use currency, not obfuscated point systems with surprise multipliers.
- Public matrix: Partner rules are published—not hidden behind support tickets.
- Receipts culture: We maintain an open Ledger (see ObsidianSignal) documenting takedown attempts, policy changes, and partner adjustments.
- Privacy-by-design: Events, not identity. Aggregates, not dossiers.
Edge cases & fairness
- Refunds / chargebacks: If a partner reverses a transaction, we must reverse the reward. We label these Reversal Events and show them in your history.
- Fraud screening: If a partner flags suspicious activity, your reward may be temporarily held pending review. We'll show a reason code and expected next step.
- Appeals: Soon, you will be able to appeal via the Ledger link in your event detail. We'll escalate with the partner and publish the outcome (redacted).
Your data, your call
You will be able export your Rewards History (CSV/JSON) anytime in the future. You can request to delete your account and we'll nuke identifiable records while preserving aggregate stats that do not identify you. If you rejoin, you start fresh. We'll never penalize you for leaving.
Roadmap (no surprises)
- Tiers → Seasons: visible prestige mechanics that never dilute baseline reward rates.
- Partner expansion: more platforms with clearly posted eligibility.
- Self-serve audits: eventually, download your click→action→payout chain for personal bookkeeping.
